We are looking for a female undergraduate or graduate student to live in a super cute 5 bedroom house with us next year! Four of us (female, undergraduate, rising sophomores) have already signed leases for the house, and we have one room left. Rent for the last room is $675 plus utilities. A parking spot is included. The address is 303 Pritchard Ave, which is off of West Rosemary Street. The house is in a safe neighborhood, and it's very close to Franklin Street and campus.
