I lived there 2 times. I lived at Cedar Brooke apartments and loved my home. Then moved to a townhome at Cedar ridge. Maintenance has always been there when I call. Dave is awesome and the 2 new guys are great . I have never waited more than a couple days to get something fixed. The office team is very friendly. If they can't answer my questions Sandy and I think Kristin are the ones I talk to. I enjoy the pool very much. Most of the time I have it to myself Overall great place to live
This used to be a place that actually cared about its residents, but all the staff has changed. There is absolutely no professionalism anymore and they are all about money. Do not expect them to be understanding if you hit a rough spot in life. All of the amenities that they advertise suck. For example - the pool and laundry area cost extra to use, the office area is a joke. It never has paper and the internet hardly works. It's about the equivalent to dial up speeds. The area is decent but theft seems to be an issue. Cars constantly speed through the complex and its dangerous for kids go play outside due to that. The appliances in the apartment are barely in working form. The stove is pretty much like a time machine to a different era. The dishwasher is so loud that it's developed the nickname of the hurricane. Lastly the hot water heater is ancient. It makes loud sounds that sounds like someone fell down in the other room. When I first started renting here, I was told by family that the sounds were not normal, but when I complained about it to the complex they did nothing. Do yourself a favor, and pay a little more to go elsewhere.
Very safe and quiet community to be apart of. The front office staff is AWESOME! And are very attentive whenever you need anything at all.Maintenance is great and fast. Neighbors are friendly. Just overall a very good place to live and no complaints whatsoever. Just signed my second lease and would recommend to everyone I know!
Unbelievably terrible. Ever since the old property manager from Pepperwood came over, Cedar Ridge has been going downhill. From forcing people out of their positions so her people could take over, to making it so unbearable people quit their jobs that have been here for years, the place has been getting worse and worse. If the tenants think they are treated poorly, just imagine being an employee. This property constantly berates the maintenance staff, except the 2 that are the "favorites". They get a clear pass to do whatever they want, whether it's sitting in the office doing nothing, to deciding what part of the job description they will adhere to or not. And if you find other employment due to the abuse, they try to force you out of your apartment within 3 days. So beware living here, and beware working here. Maintenance is unable to get any vacant apartment done to any standard, either causing the resident to just leave and not sign the lease, or causing the resident to move in late. Management takes no responsibility for the failure, even though they refuse to walk the apartment or make maintenance actually do their job. On top of it all, the place is far too old and run down for them to be charging the outrageous prices that they do. Appliances are 20+ years old, the walls are crumbling and falling apart, they charge you money to just pay your rent, work orders are never addressed, and when they are the maintenance work is shoddy and not complete.
Talk about relaxing . A Stream next to the pool is the best with the trees blowing in the wind. Great Office staff and Maintenance men. When a problem happens they are quick to respond. Quite at all Times. Nice knowing I feel safe with grandkids playing outside
