I do not recommend living here. It took over two months of constant complaining and work order requests to get the sewer line from upstairs that was leaking into the downstairs fixed. Keep in mind all it took was them calling a plumber to come out and he fixed it in less than an hour. I don't understand why it took two months. I was promised washing machine hookups in a three bedroom, so I upgraded. The packing in the spigots was bad and they sprayed water out when turned on. I complained and placed multiple work orders. When I moved out it still was not fixed. I got a copy of the work orders for that apartment which showed that the previous tenant reported these problems. As a result I broke my lease just before the holidays and moved during the holidays. I really didn't want to uproot my family, but with the living conditions, that were only getting worse, I didn't have a choice. Only positive is free electricity...
This place is by far the most unsanitary place to live in. The roof is falling down, there's roaches everywhere, there's rats in the back yard and the list goes on and on. We have to mess with the stove in order to be able to use it our back wall was hit by a car in October it is now the ending of January and they have not cleaned the mess up or fixed the wall! We have put work order after work order and the problems are not fixed. I don't recommend this place to anyone its just horrible!
Very unhelpful. I emailed and called for two days to get information as we are relocating from across country. The woman who finally answered acted as if I was inconveniencing her by calling and when she found out we weren't moving until less than six weeks later she said, "OH, that's so far away. I can't tell you if we'll have any openings by then." And told me to call back later. What?! If this is how you treat potential customers, I wonder how you treat those who live there. No thanks. We will GLADLY take our family and our money elsewhere.
They never answer the phones an constantly switching management can't wait till my lease is up so I can move out
