Worst experience I've had. Theres been multiple management companies in the two years that I have lived here. plenty of drug users, and dealers. I was once walking my dog when some guy asked me if I wanted meth. I've had bed bugs twice. It takes weeks for a work order to be put in. Miscommunication in the office has led to nothing but frustration, and then YOU, the resident, get a ten day notice to fix it, or move out. The residents are not top priority here. Place is riddled with a bed bug infestation, which is inconvinient, AND can ruin your furniture. My car has been hooked up to a tow truck with no reasonable cause, moved to a different spot, and left backed in (which they will tow you for as well). The security cameras dont work. Theres just so many issues I've had. Living here has been a huge head ache. Spend extra money, and just live elsewhere. This place should be condemned.
These people are slumlords. The police are always here. There are plenty of methheads and drug dealers, apparently. There are also some nice people and families, but it is a shady place. The swamp cooler system always breaks. You will be sweating your ass off half of the year. There is a major bedbug problem as well. REPEAT: BEDBUG PROBLEM IN MANY UNITS. It's cheap, with a decent location, and I never noticed it having a bad smell. That is about the best I can say about this place.
From the start it was a learning experience for my wife and I BE SURE TO SEE THE ACTUAL APARTMENT BEFORE YOU SIGN: The place on display looked great with new everything and at the price we were more than eager to sign the lease. When they showed the actual place AFTER WE SIGNED it was a dump in comparison. KEEP A COPY OF EVERYTHING AND PICTURES: We had several run-ins with management who needed proof of everything because of course IT"S NEVER THEIR FAULT! They will not go out of their way to help! If your downstairs neighbor smokes then apparently its your problem. DON'T BACK IN TO PARK: they have a rule that they will tow your car if you back it in over night. Once you move out expect them to repaint the whole apartment for about $170 even if you have nothing on the walls and even if you clean everything they will still charge $130 for general cleaning. overall it was quite a painful nightmare, we opted out of our contract early and paid an arm and a leg for a less stressful smoke free environment...lesson learned.
It looks nice but the AC keeps braking down
