So far I've been living at River Point for about 4 months. It's been great overall. The common areas are always clean and management keeps me in the loop on what maintenance issues or planned activities are going on in the complex through texts. My upstairs neighbors can be a bit loud at times but I guess that's bound to happen with living on the first floor. One thing I would change is to move the re-charge machine for laundry cards in the laundry room instead of the main office b/c it can be an inconvenience at times, especially when the office is closed on Sundays.

River Point is a great place to live! Pros: - The exterior grounds are kept in great condition. Lawns are trimmed and always looking beautiful, the pool is great, and the overall look and feel of these apartments is much nicer than any I've seen in the area. - Staff has been very helpful so far. I had a minor aesthetic problem with my apartment, I mentioned it to the office staff and she was extremely helpful and seemed genuinely interested in fixing the problem for me. - For such a decent price, the rooms are great! My apartment had just been fitted with new carpets when I moved in and it's very cozy and fits my needs. Cons: - The laundry system is a bit of a chore. You have to get your laundry card and load it up in the office, and then the actual laundry machines don't work too great. Overall: - I'm very impressed with River Point Apartments. It's a friendly, clean, pleasing environment and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far.

this was the worst managed place I have ever lived. They do not maintain the apt as they should. My air conditioner leaked constantly, my windows leaked when it rained. The windows didn't fit correctly and leaked air the entire 9 months I lived there. I had termites too. The maintenance people acted like it was a bother to come fix things. The office staff, especially Merci, were not concerned with the residents needs, just getting the rent. In fact Merci was not in the office a majority of times I went to discuss any issues. You have to use a card that you reload money on for laundry. That's ok except the reloading machine is inside the office. You have to be there during business hours which does not include Sunday's. The pool was never very clean and the whirlpool did not work properly. The rent seems like a great deal until you realize this place is built sloppy with people who don't really care to maintain the property. They slap on new paint and carpet in every place to make you think you are getting a great deal. RUN AWAY FAST and find another inexpensive place, Tucson has plenty better than this.

I love River Point Apartments! I am a UA Nursing student who wanted to be somewhat close to the University but far enough for a quiet atmosphere for studying. River Point provides a beautiful, clean atmosphere for all residents. I highly recommend River Point.

We rent a one bedroom at River Point. The floorplan is great and the vaulted ceilings with many windows and doors really make it a nice apartment. Our neighbors are really quite except for a few parties once in a while. Also, there are houses next door and their dogs sometimes bark. Overall though, it is quite. Riverpoint is in a good location - close to many grocery stores and very close to the Rilito River Park. We can run or bike right from our front door which is amazing! The front office staff are really helpful with mail, packages, and helping you with office tasks. While we were living here, our water heater broke and maintenance fixed it in a few hours.
