Seeking a female to sublet my room in a 4 bed/2 bath apartment at the Landmark in College Park from May 31st (flexible) - July 31st (not flexible because this is when my lease is up). Landmark is located a block away from the UMD campus and is a 15 min walk to the College Park Metro. The apartment is fully furnished with central air and washer/dryer. The building is newly built with a fitness center, sauna, tanning beds, two courtyards and many study spaces. Price is negotiable but does not include utilities.
