Ive had an overall good experience with this property. I called for some extra information before moving there. A girl named jasmine answered the phone, I probably should have hung up at that point because telling by the tone in her voice she was already in a bad mood. She wasn't very knowledgeable and gave berserk information. I decided to say goodbye before I was told anything else that was only in her understanding and not the real way things are handled.
I'll start out by saying the management was always trying to act so nice, then when the time comes to fulfill their end of the deal they flake out. We moved in and we had like 3 outlets that were broken, a broken mirror in the bathroom(only thing they did fix), water breaker was broken and they came like 5 times to look at it yet nothing was ever done, they charged us like 400 dollars extra for our free month claiming it was not free and then proceeding to say that it was because they had hired new staff that did not know what they were doing when we moved in yet made us pay anyways. Then when we finally decided to move out because our car was broken into they never fixed our water, and they kept claiming that they would leave notices on our door that we would get after we had paid them either in the mail or on our door, we move out and they said that within two weeks we would get a notice for how much we owe them which they never bothered sending us and went on to send it to creditors without so much as giving us a call though we stopped by the office no less then three times leaving our names, numbers, and e-mail addresses as well as an address to send any other information to. So what sucks is the apartments look so beautiful yet the office is filled with lying scum but one maintenance man, however there are some scary looking people there but that's everywhere just as there were some really nice neighbors. All in all if you like bad credit, you have my word you shall find it at The Springs.
My 2nd worst apartment to live in. There was crack in the bathtub and at first I just ignored it but because of that there were lot of cockroaches. The roof got licked and no one came again to paint the roof and when I move out I had to to pay for this. My car's passenger seat window was crashed twice in a year. and no one in the office seemed to care. There's also lot of electricty outage in this area also.
The safety seems to be a serious issue, police cars often come to this apartment searching for the criminals at midnight with helicopters above pretty scary. Heard about the car stolen issue....utilities are what you paid for, anyway......if you want a safe place, probably somewhere else.
