Horrible. Roaches infesting the kitchen and drains, fire ants crawling in and out of my bedroom. The management was awful and gave smart ass remarks to my complaints. It was expensive enough and when I had to do a month to month payment my rent was raised by over $400. I quote the fat lady in the office: "I guess you should have renewed your lease then shouldn't you?" Laundry machines were ridiculously expensive and the pool was always dirty. High crime area as well. 0/10 I would rather live on the street.
This is the worst apartment complex ever . When I first moved in, I was never told that the AC and heater was control by the complex. I thought I had control of it myself. At times, the house would be over 80 degrees and we cant do nothing about except "buy fans" according to the office. My apartment is over 90 degrees today and I'm taking my son to the hospital for dehydrated due to the heat from the apartment. I'm breaking my lease very soon. I'm not putting up with this crap. They say their all about customer service but they don't wanna help you in anyway. I have to add my sons dad to my lease even tho he doesn't live there cause he's there while I'm at work so he can watch our son. What kind of bs is that? He doesn't live there so why do I have to add him?
My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and we love it here. We have seen the management change and a lot of growth in the community during our time here. Lets get down to the brass tacks: 1) Tons of storage, there are 3 closets in our 1 bedroom unit 2) Huge Bathroom (in the 1 bedroom) 3) Super nice staff 4) Maintenance gets stuff done, if it is an emergency, they will come to your place to fix it, even after hours!!!! (Emergency stuff like plumbing, heating and cooling, which I have lived in many places where they don't even care) 5) Community minded - they have books for the kids, refreshments for both potential and current residents, lots of neighbors get together in the common areas for BBQs and gatherings, the staff puts on holiday parties and other dinners/lunches just because. 6) Lush, green grounds! The property is beautiful! Seriously, the pictures don't do it justice! It's like an oasis in the desert. 7) Really close to anything we could possibly need, stores, buses, antiques, restaurants, etc. There are many other reasons why we love living here and I highly recommend it!
I've been in a one bedroom apartment for almost a month now. When I agreed to stay here on October 27th I didn't expect to have already paid $2,000 the following month because of the "average" amount of utilities or a dog fine that I now got rid of. Horrible customer service. The assistant manager is so rude. &I get huge roaches crawling everywhere! Gross. Planning on breaking my lease very soon here!
Extremely hard to get a hold of them. It goes straight to a machine everytime I try to call their office.
