I called 3 days ago and left a message and nobody has still returned my call. We decided to go in after work today to be told they didn't show apartments after 5. I could tell by the response of all 3 people sitting there it would not have mattered what time it was nobody was interested in showing apartments. This lead me to read the reviews and thank God I did because the words I found in other reviews were mice, roaches, cars being broken in, rude staff, gun shots, lack of maintenance. Management if you want to rent apartments change your staff and get some go getters with good attitudes. People renting apartments pays their salaries so they should be eager to get tenants and from your reviews it is going to be harder to get them and it is very obvious why!!!! Thanks Google and you 3 people in the office for saving me the bad experience!!! Celia- Thank you for your response. I will be coming back to see your apartments this weekend. I do like the variety of floor plans and the location. I will update my entire review after my experience this weekend. I would love to actually be greeted and have your staff show interest in helping me. Hopefully this time will be much better- Google I will let you all know!!!
I like how the owner likes to comment to the people with good reviews, but says nothing to the ones with bad reviews. Your welcome for this review too owner. A picture may be worth a thousand words. But most peoples reviews are worth more than a thousand words, and your no response to the complaints is all the review I need. I will not be moving in and I have several friends that was interested in your complex until I pointed this out. Needless to say but I will anyways, me and others will be looking elsewhere.
Worse Place to RENT!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! LIVED HERE FOR ONE YEAR BECAUSE THATS ALL WE COULD TAKE!!!! COMING FROM OUT OF STATE IT LOOKED BEAUTIFUL SPEAKING TO THE STAFF EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT........... THEN REALIZIING EVERY MONTH FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR, MAINTENANCE NEEDED TO BE CALLED IN. I HAD MY PARENTS OVER FOR VACATION THERE VEHICLE WAS STOLEN AND WHEN REPORTED TO THE OFFICE AND ASKED IF THEY COULD REVIEW CAMERAS THEY STATED THEY WOULD CALL BACK BUT OF COURSE NO FOLLOW UP. PAID FOR 2 BDR, 2 BATH AND FOR 2MONTHS ONE BATHROOM COULD NOT BE USED BECAUSE SHOWER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, THEY STATED WE NEVER CALLED AND IN REALITY THEY DIDNT RETURN OUR CALL OR STAFF WOULD FORGET TO PUT IT IN THE CALENDAR. SO ANXIOUS TO MOVE, OHHHH YEAHHH 60 DAY NOTICE!!!!!!! WORST PLACE NO STARS SHOULD BE GIVEN!!!!! WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR STAFF SAID THERE IS NO MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR IN THE BUILDING!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF A HORRIBLE YEAR CONTRACT AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
When I moved into Vista it apparently was a very quick switchover from tenants - so they never got a chance to paint the apartment before I moved in which had very obviously been smoked in, a LOT. It was the only one available at the time, so, I dealt with it. I lived there for two years, and while the smell had finally gone away after about 6 months the walls were still very dingy in every room of the apartment which I made sure to write on my move in checklist. So, about 6 months after I moved out I get a phone call from a credit agency trying to collect on a claim from vista (who i'd never gotten a call from), saying that they were charging me $800 for having to paint because "I smoked inside and the walls were dingy" - first off, why wouldn't Vista have brought this up when I moved out? Secondly, I had to LIVE in that, and I did not do it but I'm having to pay for it? Of course they say that my move in checklist is not in my folder, so, unless I can find my copy of it (which, why would I still have it? I'd moved out months prior) then the charges stand. Terrible management. Also, I posted a negative review via Facebook and they quickly deleted it, so, now i'm going to post everywhere I can possibly find. (Did I mention I actually do social media for a living...?)
It's been since June of 2013 since I lived here. I've lived here 3 1/2 years, and in several other Tulsa area apartments over the last 12+ years. These are not perfect, but not bad for being a nearly 40 year old complex. You also won't find a faster response time with any maintenance crew!
