I am a Mizzou student graduating in December looking for someone to take over my lease starting January 1st until July 31st. Roommate is a 23-year-old male, who is also a Mizzou student. Rent is $975 for the entire unit, but I will cover $137.50/month of it. you will be responsible for $350/month.

It is a 2 bed 1 bath unit on Wilson Ave. There is a couch, tv, and dining room table, so the only thing you need to furnish is your bedroom. Wifi and tv channels are set up, but cost $80 a month, which you will split with my roommate ($40). In addition, to rent, cable and internet you will be responsible for monthly utility costs, as well. There is free street parking, which I have had no trouble finding.
