Absolutely Terrible READ WHAT I HAVE TO SAY !! 1 STAR: If you like apartments still dirty when you move in, cockroaches and other types of bugs, unauthorized entries, and like to be disrespected by the office employees then this is the place for you!! I had to write a formal letter stating all our issues need to be taken care of within 7 days or I'll have my attorney contact them from now on.. Then BAMMMMM things started getting fixed. I was coming home from work and walked in my apartment with a stranger in my living room while I was alone. Another time my boyfriend was getting in the shower and was undressed and a stranger kindly excused himself into our apartment without my boyfriend knowing (still debating on suing this company). Oh! Best part, they have great pets in your home called cockroaches that don't go away, even if the bug guy sprays your apartment every Monday!! The apartment complex broke our lease and wouldn't let us out until I called the cops and got a report and left a voice mail for the managers boss (managers boss never called me back). Cherry on top of the story... Tyler had to work today and I finished the cleaning and grabbed the rest of our belongings (Truck was full). I had three trash bags that were so heavy I couldn't carry them alone plus a night stand to the trash compactor which is at least 500 ft away. I asked someone in the office if they could bring their golf cart to help me take the trash to the trash compactor.... The office guy shrugged his shoulders and said "I'll charge you".. All in all, it took me 30 minutes dragging all the trash and night stand (Trash bags broke twice). So let me save you your time and find a more safer, organized, cockroach free, and respectful environment. Finally, I did a walk through with Joe and said I will be charged for cleaning of the fridge, oven, steam clean carpets, and microwave, but everything else looks good. A week later we received a bill of almost $1,000 for carpet stain. PS: The carpet was the same as the day we moved in to that apartment with no stains, rips, or tears. I believe the manager was definitely trying to "get even" due to me calling the cops, her boss, and needing to let us out of our apartment with no penalty. I contacted the managers boss again (no response back) and now had to write a formal written letter to Alliance Residential Company. I am still in the process of fighting this!
One of the laziest unprofessional staff ever. They obviously hate ownership or hate their jobs. Their very passive on any type of issue that may arise. They actually think that they can come to a job and just sit there all day long. As far as the apartments they are well over priced an smelly. The apartment was filled with insects entering through the cracks of the wall. The single trash bin is always over filled every two days for the many residents that lived there. You get the (I don't care atmosphere) but make sure you pay your rent on time. Thats the kind of people that you get there. Not like real people.
Do not recommend..! Though community looks good, trash area sucks, it stinks 24X7. They are tooo bad 1- They never answer calls - one day I happened to call them 20 times regarding one issue no one answered all 20 times. Think if was emergency. 2- Never show unit you are going to rent. 3- Lied to me for changing apartement. 4- Manager and staff are rude. Worst staff ever. 5- No maintenance service on site. 6- No pet park. 7- No play area.
Horrible, Not recommended!!! the worst and dirtiest apartments ever. The demographics a favored to one side. They won't hire cleaning people to clean the apartments once someone has left. The front office was like meeting Milton Monster and the Adams Family.
I lived here from November '09 to September '13 and my experience here has mostly been pleasant. They regularly change filters, maintenance calls are answered almost always and the premises are well maintained. Although I fail to understand why does one need to mow their lawn 3 times a week in Arizona, that too with an extremely noisy mower. Does grass really grow that fast? My problems with the place started when we terminated our lease two months earlier, because we were moving town. My husband sat with one of the management people and was told that we'd have to pay some $2000 odd as lease breakage. We issued a check and almost immediately handed it over. Next day they called and said that we needed to pay another $400. Although annoyed, but we paid it nevertheless. That day itself my husband asked them if we need to schedule an inspection to which we were told that it would be done when we leave. We'd just have to drop by the office and tell them to come over for inspection. They would inspect only when the apartment is completely empty. So, on the day we were leaving, I told them to come and do the inspection and they asked me if I'd scheduled one. I was dumbfounded and told them I hadn't because no one told me to. Then the lady behaved like she was doing me a favor by sending someone for inspection out of schedule. The guy who came to inspect insisted that a tray from the oven is missing, a tray we never saw. I told him that but he was adamant that they provide a tray with every oven and that he was going to charge for that. We had to reach the airport soon so, instead of fighting about it, we agreed to pay. We were told that including the tray we'd have to pay $30 and that the bill would be mailed to us. When we finally got the bill, we were charged $50. Final bit was the key drop off. We were told that after the inspection, we could just drop the keys, the gate remotes and the key cards in the office. But when we went to the office, they refused to take the keys. They said that they'd only take the keys when the handover is done. We had to enlist the help of a friend to drop the keys off, who had to take time off his work just to do this. All in all, while I loved my stay in this place and have some really fond memories of this place, the complete mismanagement and lack of inter-departmental communication, left us with a bitter aftertaste.
