I have lived here since 2013, it has had its ups and down. But for the most part I love living here. I enjoy the staff and the property. They have always been prompt to help me with anything I ask of them. I live in a studio which is a decent size given its a studio. There have been some issues here and there. But there is no such thing as the perfect apartment unless your wanna give up an arm and leg for it. It is an apartment after all. All together I have enjoyed living here and will continue to. The price is great for me. I always use the pool and clubhouse. The grills are nice. My only issue is I wish they would get the jets working on the hot tub again. Perhaps that's a major job that can't be done right know I don't know. But I give this place 4 stars for the friendly staff well keep grounds and apartments.
This is the wrost apt. The office people are rude and lazy. They let water link in my apt for 8 months. The pools are always drity, the grills don't work and are old. Do not live here
DO NOT MOVE IN! My fiance and I moved in in October 2014 and have been harassed from day one. The gates never work, the office people are horrible, the people who live there have to common courtesy, and they will change the agreements of your lease without you signing it. My fiance and I can't want to move out. Honestly the worst place I have ever lived.
i do not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. the first day i moved in the guy was so rude didn't give me my remote key didn't explain how it works. i moved in on a weekend and i guess i arrived 30 minutes before they closed and he told me he couldn't give me the pool key or mail key because he had "things to do" so he hurried me out. i walked in the apartment for the first time after he gave me the key and the light bulb was out, i had to go purchase one. not a good way to begin my move in day. two of the burners on the stove wouldnt heat. my closet bar broke off completely from the wall with all my clothes on it the second day and and the shower bar also fell as i had family staying over i called immediately and a maintenance guy put it up incorrectly because it fell three more times. after talking to the manager they replaced it completely. Then i found out the outlet in the dining room didnt work they had to come fix that. The refrigerator freezes and spills water inside. the fixed that immediately though. a month later the hallway closet doors fell and ive been living here for 3 months and they still haven't fixed them yet, even though i've called them TWICE already to fix it. and the "free" AC they have does not work well they have to come every month to drain out water because its hot in the apartment. i put it all the way to 50 degrees and my thermometer read 88 degrees. dont be fooled the apartment complex looks nice but is literally FALLING APART!! i can never find parking in the afternoons. the office staff IS in fact misleading and they lie so much. before moving in i read that on a previous review, but ignored it because when they showed me the complex they seemed nice. well not anymore! dont waste your money on this crappy apartment complex!
I don't get the bad reviews. I guess the complex has been in construction for a while, but it just doesn't have the problems people are describing. I moved here for the A/C, and it's frigid and reliable. The kitchen is on its way to being re-done, with a new fridge and dishwasher but an old stove, that's fine. I *love* the layout of the kitchen, it's the easiest kitchen for cooks I've ever been in. There's a newish wood laminate floor that pretty obviously just covers up some old, lousy floor--but it looks good. I am on the top floor, so maybe that's why the neighbors don't bother me. There's a dog park on-site, the bottom floor apartments come with a (tiny) yard, and you're within walking distance to Udall Park. The office has free popcorn and a lending DVD library, and a theatre you can book--I can imagine it'd be cheap and easy to put together a kid's birthday party here. WiFi in the lounge, pool table upstairs, and I honestly couldn't describe the pool as anything but 'sparkling'. I mean, overall, it's a tidy place. It's inexpensive and there are a ton of people here, some of them are jerks--news flash, it's an apartment complex. I would say that the terms for ending your lease early are chilling. Something like two month's rent and a fee, basically $1000-$2000. They require 30 days notice if you're month-to-month, and the fact that they've reminded me of that several times must show how upset people have gotten about it in the past. There was a miscommunication about rent at one point, but the office solved it in a minute and was very courteous. Just--read your contract and understand it before you sign, that's super important in apartment complexes.
