I have been in the apartments for over 6 months and am happy with them. To get something fixed, go to the office and tell them it needs fixed. Don't use the online portal for repair requests, it is useless. However paying rent online is awesome! Pros: For an apartment building it s actually really quiet. Fireplace is not just for show. Washer and Dryer in units if you want (2nd & 3rd floor W/D are very small, best for one or maybe two people, not a big family, go for a first floor if you want the full size W/D) Dishwasher, wall unit A/C, nice patios, storage units on patio stay dry. For the price of rent (which anywhere in the Denver metro area is ridiculous right now) you get a good place to live. In no way is this place run down and falling apart, it's just an older apartment building. It has character. I am quite happy with my little place. And the horror stories I watched friends go through in the "nicer" Belmar Park apartments I am happy I decided to move here. I am very happy with the office and maintenance staff. Cons: Really not many... I think a little more attention needs to be given to the sidewalks, stair wells and parking lot when it snows. I also feel a more aggressive approach needs to be made in keeping the neighboring apartment residents from using our parking lot. I did not take into consideration that I am now living right next to a retail area and it gets really busy on the weekends and Holidays. This is pretty much the only reason I will be moving from the area when my lease is up. I would recommend living here and avoiding any of the newly built Belmar apartments.
This place is awful. Anything that needs to be done with the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. One of the women lost my certified rent check. They are almost never in the office to talk to them or to pick up my large mail. I have had to go back numerous times in order to get anything completed. They give less than 24 hours most of the time with any of the "work" they need to do and it's almost never done properly. The maintenance people are wonderful, respectful and quick. The office is horrendous.
Great place to live office staff is always willing to help and never had any issues
I cant believe the ratings on this site and they want 800+ for a 1 bed room. Stay far away from this place it they would be better off being fired.
It's a good thing this place is cheap, because the service is horrible. The ladies in the office are nice, but most of the time it seems like they don't know what they're doing or don't care. I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to sign my lease because Heidi was out getting her hair done and apparently no other staff were working that day - a Thursday. Absolutely unprofessional. They are re-paving the parking lot, and that has been a horrible experience for everyone. I was once trapped in the parking lot because there were machines at both ends, and the communication throughout the process has been awful - they notified us that our cars had to be moved to one half of the parking lot less than 24 hours before they would start towing them. They are incredibly disorganized - we went in once to ask for a repair, and Josephine didn't put it in the computer. We went in again to request it be fixed, and again, she didn't put it in the computer. I had to go in a third time and intentionally talk to a TEMP rather than Josephine to get this taken care of. The maintenence guys are great, but the office is horrid. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
