Welcome to one of north Wilmington's most desirable neighborhoods, The Registry at Vineyard Plantation! This home sits on one of the largest lots in the neighborhood with a double gate. We all know how hard it is to find boat storage and here it is in your own backyard. This home has been meticulously maintained with 3 large bedrooms and a loft with an ideal set up for a movie room, office or play room. This space also has the potential to be enclosed. All the rooms are upstairs. The master boasts a trey ceiling with a large bathroom and walk in closet, the other rooms have sizeable closets and share a bathroom. The downstairs is very spacious with a formal dining room, large kitchen and living room complete with a fireplace to warm up to as we approach the fall season. This is a very fun neighborhood with lots to do.
