My Name Is Midget I am current a resident I use to live on Punjab circle 4 doors away from where I reside now, I've been in this area for 7 years I loved it at first everybody was friendly, catered to all needs made sure the stay was pleasant, 2 years ago all that changed they allow anybody I mean anybody to reside in these tow homes now, the area is rat, mice, and roach infested they use old products to replace broken things in your home. They send out letters about trash and all this stuff being on patios I have a neighbor who lives next to me with so much trash and debree on his back patio it's a shame, he has trash on his front lawn my house recently flooded because of his water tank busting, he has dog fecies all through his house, dog urine, mice droppings and so fourth, the rats and mice hide in his trash or by his house it's so bad I can't have company or can't sit outside and enjoy nice air, I have a phobia of mice, rats and roaches. I am curious to know why hasn't this tenant been removed the cleaning people and Maintanance people know all of this so why is he still here, I regret staying and renewing my lease Harbor Point and Westminter are money hungry they don't care about anything and they are slightly prejudice some anyway, the manager is never available to resolve issues nobody relays messages everybody is always busy, work tickets and complaints are placed on a back burner it's gross the rent is too high for these nasty town homes. I am going to expose this rental property and they don't want to give information to cooperate office at all I've asked numerous times.
I currently live here and have lived here for 2 years and I absolutely love it. The area is quite nice and quiet for the most part although there are a lot of kids. My street is nice(Punjab drive). The property owners really keep the place up. Whenever I call for maintenance they come within hours for important or usually the next day or 2 for non emergency. They are extremely cooperative and attentive. The only rodent/insect issue I've seen is outside spiders coming inside (and there is a lot of them) every summer but they always come to exterminate every other month or so and as called and it always works. I live in a 3br home. I wish it had a basement or a little more storage room I would stay alot longer.
This place is infested with mice and mold. I would not recommend anyone living there. We found mice droppings in our beds, couches, kitchen appliances, our window sills, in our shoes, closets, food pantry, refrigerator, etc. They would sleep in our couch and dresser drawers and pop out when they were startled. Our dogs even had multiple eye infections for being exposed to the mice, if you have pets BE CAREFUL. We would try to clean the mold but it would grow back. Of course moving in there was easy and everyone was friendly but once you live there your service requests are ignored and conveniently nobody is ever available to talk on the phone. The community also has trash everywhere and the smell of the water is almost unbearable during warmer weather. The most disgusting part was hundreds of mice droppings on the stove and under the stove, if you lift the range panel you will see them an inch from where you cook your food. If you do a walk through I suggest moving the stove, refrigerator, and washer and dryer before accepting the unit.
Horrid neighborhood, management leaves appartments in despicable condition. They should pay tenants to live there. Thank God I don't.
