I moved into the Terrace View Apts. almost two years ago now. Since I have moved in, there have been several manager changes, and an ownership change, but my opinion of Terrace View is nothing but the highest. The current manager, Del Rae, has been very professional, polite, and quick to help whenever I have had a problem. Most importantly, I have enjoyed living here very much.

Del Ray, the apartment manager will not help out with anything. SHE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY. She will take $140 of your deposit to clean an oven! Also, if you live there for less than a year they charge you to re-paint the place and buy new light fixtures. She was condescending and disrespectful to us and overall just very hard to work with. I have rented from 3 different places in the last 3 years and this has been the WORST of them all!!

I have lived at terrace view for almost 6 months, the Office lady wont change out the carpets, they smell like cat and dog pee, and i dont own any animals, never did. There is a bug problem, Del Ray doesnt do anything to help out. I would not live here ever again.
