Great neighborhood, but poor property management. We are definitely disappointed! There is no communication between the office staff and the maintenance staff. It took numerous complaints, calls, visits to the office and over 3 months just to get one thing fixed in our unit. There's a huge lack of respect as well. One day at 6:30am they started banging on the walls and floors, fixing up the vacant unit next to ours. After complaining about the noise, no one even offered an appology. They all finger point and take zero responsibility for anything. The only thing they care about is getting someone in the units, they do not care about their tenants. I read similar reviews before we signed our lease, and I wish I had taken them to heart.
