This place is horrible, the office people are bad they don’t have any way to track parking covered parking, the pool is dirty, the grounds are a mess (dog poop, light posts knocked over all around the complex) the maintenance men don’t even change the nasty trashcans filled with the dog poop and stink, some of the residents are nice enough to clean up after their pets. The appliances are cheap pieces of crap, No AC\heating vents in the bathrooms of the 2bd 2baths. The cooling and heating in the apartments is horrendous it will be 65 in my livingroom and 75 in my bedrooms and that’s killing me on my electric bill. I would never suggest this apartment to anyone. Horrible over all nothing good I can say except I cant wait till Feb 2013 so I can get the hell out of here.

I am really surprised by the overwhelmingly bad reviews about these apartments. I have been living here approximately 5 years, have had a positive experience, and recommend it to potential renters. I did a lot of looking before I move in here and felt it was the best value for the money. The layout of my one bedroom apt. makes it feel more spacious than the actual square footage would indicate; I have never been treated anything but warmly by the office staff or the maintenance crew; and I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a repair. I don't know if the people who wrote so negatively treated management, etc. badly in the first place or what...all I can say is, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I have never regretted choosing this apartment complex.
