I have a nice 1 bedroom apt (very neat and clean) in Milwaukee Downtown and available for sublets from May 1st till Sep 30th of 2016. Rent of my Apt - $695/- per month . (The rent already has been increased for other similar apts to 725/-). After Sep 30 - the lease can be extended (either by 1 year or 6 months or month-by-month) as per your choice. You can also move out to another apt if you want.

The security deposit is $695/- and you will get it back after end of lease on Sep 30. If I leave the apt before April 30th - I will let you know and you can move immediately in case you need.
