Worst apartments ever. Not cheap as you think they are, despite the dirty complex, rent is very high. Especially since the rent is doubled after a month of living here. They tow cars if you dont have a guess pass, which you have to get from paying rent and water bill, and since they made a deal with Black Bull Towing its twice a normal amount. The maintenance is lazy, dont speak an ounce of English, under staffed, and they make sexual comments if you're a woman on property. Washing machines and dryers are broken. Trash is everywhere and never cleaned unless they make an attempt to try to impress someone to move in. Pools are never opened and you have to use the sister complex across the street Very dark on property at night so its very dangerous. Its been many break ins which is crazy since we have a security on property. Who never does his job yet always seems to be at home. The manager allows him to actually do what he likes such as shoot guns and throw knives in the air. He is completely reckless and the apartment allows it cause he pretend to do his job. Office managers are only nice till you move in and mess up on paperwork frequently. And if dont believe me just ask the people who move out at night secretly. If you want a cheap and good quality apartment you have come to the wrong place.

I have been lied to the first day I moved in , I was clearly told that one bedroom was coming up on June 15th and the apartment would be ready July 1st,2015 on the 20th of June I received a call from management offering me a washer and dryer for 20.00 more on my rent, But wait, It was previously quoted to me as what the advertisement stated at 450.00 . when I , gave my app fee holding fee and deposit + trash and water totaling . So now, I can count ,But she said the Total went up to 480.00 a month and the apartment would not be ready until the July 6 because they had to have some one go in the apartment to put in a washer and dryer connection because it did not have one ok! / now i asked her well your apartment amenities state in your Website on line that you have washer and dryer connections in one bedroom apartments. Ok I have to wait a week from the 1 to the 6 .So now it's time for me to move in .I am at the the office to pay my rent for July and the manège tells me the apartment office lady whom rented me the apartment did not give me the right price for the apartment and it alone is,The largest 1 bedroom they have and the rent is now 560.00 + 20.00 for W/D (CONNECTION) I Say to mange ,you said it was going to be a washer/dryer ,I am not going to pay for adding to your property / building for you to make more money off the price of me. And whom ever else lives there after I am gone. When it was already advertised ,as one of the amenities Therefore you told me a bold face lie. Now it's time for me to move in or I'll be out in the street if I don't sign this lease and having to pay someone a extra week from the 1st to the 6 of July to let me stay longer.(while you had offered me a W/D )put them in the apartment I was charged for is not a A3 the largest but it is the A2 ,Where they say they put W/d connections is the only closet I have to hang my clothes and it's not enough to room to fit in a w/D and who washes their dirty clothes were they hang there clean clothing . I never seen no ? ,!! Like this in my life. But I Am going to attorney I believe a state inspection on these management Landlords and tenants rights or TV channel needs to be informed of how their taking advantage of people .I Am sure there is a lot of violations that can be found. It does not take any thing to do that job but to use a computer and follow the rules , How ever the only skills you need is to be street smart, know how to lie ,smile in your face and plot against your money and prey on the needy these people are criminals and they need to be exposed!

If you enjoy living next to drug dealers, loud cars driving in at all times of the night, a complex that is dark at night, having your car towed for double the legal amount, people sitting at the curb all day trying to "chat you up", and having maintenance problems that take a week + to get fixed, then this complex is for you! Oh and you'll really love living here if you love leasing office associates who are rude and like to take off Saturdays so it's never actually open like it claims. Oh and how could I forget?! Also, you better bring/rent your own washer and dryer because the TWO laundry facilities are and will continue to be broken/off limits. The gate is not "broken", because they do not ever plan on fixing it, it is simple there for decoration at this point. The pool? Is that a joke?! It's literally a hole on the ground, that again is never able to be used. Oh and! If you live in the center of the complex you will get to enjoy watching people, kids nonetheless, do drugs where their "old pool" used to be. Lived there for a year and as you can tell it was not a pleasant experience. I would suggest to anyone to spend the extra $50 a month and live elsewhere. Absolutely horrible place and it should be condemned.

Affordable. But they don't like to fix anything. I lived there 2 yrs. Had a work order in my first week to put cover over light in dinning room. Which 2 yrs.later they never fixed. Why give me a gate key for a gate that never was working my whole time there. Visitors parking is non existent. You have too put a pass in there window, after marking the date. But don't have surprise visitors after office closes. Because they only give you three a month after you pay your rent. So if you run out make sure your visitors make a appointment to come see you. So you can run to office before they close. To get a pass. Because they will tow there car. Happened to me before. To many hassles. Glad I moved. But was lucky to get a 3rd of my deposit back. Thanks. ......

saw it on the internet thought I liked it until me and the wife drove through it and saw all of the drug dealers, dealing in front of us and standing in the parking lot like idiots, and other various forms of worthless life holding their pants up. quickly scratched it off of the list, basically cause I would have had to invest in 1. a piece 2. a surveillance system, and a CCW permit.
