I am looking for someone to rent a spare room in my 2-bedroom apartment.
Located on 116th Street with easy access to 6 train, the apartment is located
on the 4th floor of a walk-up building. I am asking for one month's security
deposit and first month's rent ($1400). We will split the cost of utilities
and internet (app. $50/month). The room is small but can fit a full-sized bed
and armoire very comfortably.
