We are looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom apt in East Harlem. We have
a large living room and a big open kitchen. Recessed lighting, central air,
central heat, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher. We are located right next to the East
river mall comprising of Costco, Target, Best Buy, Marshalls, etc. The street
is a dead end and parking friendly if you have a car. We are a few blocks from
the 6 train and bus stops located around the corner. There are many community
gardens and mexican food aplenty!
About us, 24 year old female in graduate school for interior
design/architecture and 30ish year old male actor. I have been here for a year
and half and love this apt and neighborhood. We are looking for someone with a
similar mindset as us. We are very flexible, laid back, we keep our apt clean
and organized. We are very busy so we understand the occasional dish in the
sink, etc. We are looking for someone who is PROACTIVE, someone who doesn't
need to be told when it's time to do his/her share of household chores. We
love having guests over occasionally. We have many interests and are looking
for a roommate who does too. Having a steady job is a must.
Upfront, we need first and last month's rent plus another month of security
starting JUNE 1st.
