Improvement In Progress! - Just moved in early February 2011. The rent is reasonable, being this is Mitchell-Lama housing for moderate income people. The new management installed a very nice laundry room in the basement of each of the two towers. There is a massive parking lot reconstruction project going on at present. The maintenance staff works hard to keep the grounds and buildings clean. The lobby security staff are vigilant at keeping the entrances free of loiterers. The vast majority of people living in this complex are kind and respectful. Of course, nothing is perfect and this complex still has a few issues to contend with. But, it appears that management is on the right track to making these buildings a nice place to call home. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give Atlantic Plaza Towers a solid 8.
