The Bechtler Museum of Modern Art is part of the new Levine Center for the Arts located in the heart of #UptownCharlotte. It is dedicated to the celebration and analysis of the strongest aspects of mid-century modernism as reflected in the holdings of the Bechtler collection. The collection comprises more than 1,400 works by 20th-century modern artists. Some works are accompanied by books, photographs and letters illustrating personal connections to the Bechtler family.

St. Peter's Catholic Church was founded in 1851 and is the oldest Catholic Church in Charlotte. It is conveniently located right in the heart of #UptownCharlotte. It has been staffed by Jesuits since 1986. Attend a service there as a local or as a guest, but be prepared if you are a guest to share where you are from at the end of the mass so the congregation can welcome you.

The Charlotte Convention Center in #UptownCharlotte opened in 1995 as the perfect venue for conventions, trade shows, banquets and theater-style conferences, attracting more than half a million visitors each year. From its gracefully arched entrances to its airy concourses, the Charlotte Convention Center was designed to be elegant and inviting.

The Green Parking is a Parking Deck located beneath The Green. It is a convenient place to park when visiting #UptownCharlotte as it is within walking distance to the city center and all that the uptown area has to offer. It is directly across the street from Levine Center of the Arts which includes the Mint Museum, Knight Theatre and the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art.
