Shari G: This defining experience is not for people who fear heights. Seattle's Great Wheel is a popular attraction on the Waterfront. 175 feet tall, the Great Wheel offers spectacular views in temperature controlled gondolas. #waterfront

Shari G: The Alaskan Way Viaduct and ferry walkway connecting to the WA State Ferry Terminal. A busy commuter intersection. #waterfront

Shari G: A neighborhood pet food store. Sells healthy pet foods, supplies, and treats. Open 7 days a week.

Shari G: Ravenna Third Place books is a NorthWest original. They sell new and used books. They buy books here. There is a cafe and several areas to sit and read. #bookstore

Shari G: Located in the Best Buy/Target building across from Northgate Mall. Friendly staff. Has grooming and dog training. Also a location for Purrfect Pals cat rescue's adoption center.

Shari G: Cinema Books is a unique bookstore. This store carries a large selection of biographies and other books related to Hollywood personalities. Cinema Books also has a large selection of memorabilia. #bookstore

Shari G: Located across from the Bank of America on NE 28th, LC Library is open 7 days a week. #library

Shari G: An absolutely beautiful exhibition of glass work, sketches, and other art work by Dave Chihuly. There are also collections of accordions, bottle cap openers, and statuettes. Worth the price of admission. You also get a free professional photo taken in front of a display. Discount for local residents.

Shari G: They serve the best caramel lattes, but have a large syrup and sauce supply to make specialty coffee drinks. The Treehouse also sells sandwiches, pastries, and beans. New Winter hours are 6:30-2:30.
