Shari G: The West side of Northgate Mall is boarderd by the I-5 freeway and 1st Ave NE. 1st Ave NE includes the entrance/exit to the express lanes and the northbound exit for I-5. During rush hour, this street can be very busy with traffic . #northgate

Shari G: One of the best peanut butter smoothie places. Similar to Jamba Juice. Offers many different ingredients to add to your smoothie too.

Shari G: BevMo! Is a chain liquor and beverage store. This store just opened in December 2012. This store is located in a strip mall shopping area.

Shari G: The local record and CD store. Always packed with locals.

Shari G: A convenient grocery store located three blocks from downtown.

Shari G: Authentic Asian cuisine. Very basic food menu.

Shari G: Closed on weekends, Buster's has many items. I bought a teddy bear from the 50's here.

Shari G: Excellent shoes for a good price. The shoes are light and it is like being barefoot.

Shari G: Beverly's daughter carries products designed to provide an easier life for people challenged with mobility issues. Wheelchairs, shower chairs, and many other home care related items.

Shari G: Come get beautiful at Vasuda. Nice salon and you can get a good pedicure.

Shari G: Taco Del Mar is fast food but, their fish taco is delicious.

Shari G: Located next to City Foods, this small post office does everything from renting PO boxes, sells stamps, and ships packages.

Shari G: This company has been around for several years. Great clinicians.

Shari G: Great Thai food. A must visit next time you are in the area.

Shari G: The Cornelius Apartments is a 9 story red brick building. This building was built in 1925. Located on the corner of 3rd Ave ( a arterial) and Blanchard ( one way) , the Cornelius is located close to transit, shops, and entertainment. The building includes a fitness center, hardwood floors, laundry room, and is pet friendly.

Shari G: Get beautified at Gene Juarez. Cheap hair cuts and colors done by students.

Shari G: The Kings Inn, located below the Monorail tracks. Decent lodging for travelers. Close to shops and transit.

Shari G: Cool inventory of eclectic antiques. A must visit for tourists and shoppers.

Shari G: Located on Mercer and Westlake, the Guitar Store offers a wide range of musical instruments for sale. Also lessons.

Shari G: The Lothlorien Apartments is located a few blocks south of the U-Districts P-Patch. Neighbors come here to grow their organic gardens.

Shari G: Located just one block from Muriel's Landing. Wing-it production is the home of Jet City Improv. This entertainment offers improv and comedy shows on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
