    #wheatridge The Anderson Pool is part pool and part water park. It has a water slide and many features you would find at a water park, as well a swimming pool. It also has a sizable grass area to sunbathe of find shade on a hot day. This is a place I would definitely take my kids.

    #wheatridge This is considered by many to be the be the Best Pizza in the area. By my standards, its pretty good. The pizzeria has been in the same place for many years. It's in a small strip mall, but is an institution in the area. If you are ever in doubt, where to find this place, the parking lot is usually filled to capacity.

    #wheatridge Anderson Park has jogging and walking trails, along with a baseball field that hosts youth league, high school and semi-pro baseball. It is home to the annual Wheat Ridge Carnation Festival held each August, with food, carnival rides and fireworks.
